May 1, 1989/091 The Ministry of Highways should grant the same courtesy to municipal requests for the use of Lougheed Highway for major municipal Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate. That the City consent to the proposed use of Lougheed Highway for the 1989 Peace Run provided that the above concerns are satisfactorily addressed. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: THAT the request to connect Leigh Elementary School to the City’s sanitary sewer system be approved subject to the following: ae Consent from the District of Coquitlam is received. b. Final verification that there is adequate capacity in the city's sewer system to accept the expected sewerage flows from the School. The cost of providing a connection tv the property line of the School and subsequent applicable sewer rates he paid by the School Board. Carried.
