Schedule of Pernitred Land Use:

Land aad etructures shall be used for those general industrial uses

persitted within an M-2 (Heavy Induscrial) Zone, pursuant to the "City

of Port Coquitiam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as anended, and notwith-

standing any provision of this Land Use Contract or of the "Municipal Act"
to the contrary, the lands herein shall at all tines recain subject to

the provisions of the "Zoning By-law" of the City of Port Coquitlam

currently in effect.

SCHEDULE "c"
Sicing:

Bulldings, atructures and {aprovenents shall be sited upon the land in
accordance with the requirements applicable to the M-< (Heavy Industrial)
Zone of the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as

azended, and any section of the said “Zoning Bywlaw” relevant to che said

2 Zone shall apply to this Contract, all of which shall be subject to

the satisfsction and approval of the Building Inspector.

OFF Street Parking and Loading Spacea shall be provided in accordance
with the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as
amended, and any sections of the said By-law relevant to the M-2 (Yeavy

Industrial) Zone shall apply to this Contract.

Signs:

As permitted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918”
as amended, and in accordance with the provisions cf the “City of Port
Coquitlam Sign By-law, 1969, No. 936" as agended, and ali provisions

therein relating to signa shall apply to signa herein.
