During the course of discussion, it was apparent that option #1 is totally
unacceptable.

The majority of the residents appeared to favour options #3 and #4,
although a couple of residents spoke in support of option #2.

COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:

The Planning and Zoning Committee further reviewed these development options
for the study area on March 8th, 1977 and recommends that Council adopt
option #4 as the statement of policy for future development of the study area.
