Halloween

This item is placed on the Agenda to give Council members the opportunity

of discussing Halloween celebrations in the community. Althcugh nothing
can, of course, be officially done by the Council, some members of the
community are of the opinion that the celebrations should be held on
Saturday, October 30th, rather than on Sunday, October 31st and some
guidance from the Council as to the preferred date would probably be

appreciated.
