situate, lying and being in the City of Port Coquitlam, in the
Province of British Columbia and more particularly known and

That part of Lots 3 and 4, Block 12, Plan 2416 and a portion of
Parcel "24", Reference Plan 65282, Section 17, Block 6 North,
Range 1 East, New Westminster District shown in bold outline on
Subdivision Plan prepared and certified correct by Robert M. Reese,
B.C.L.S., on the lst day of February, 1990, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and now known as Lot A Plan
