Development Variance Permit No. 37/88 - 1850 Harbour Street.

No one was present to Speak regarding the Development Variance Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of May 18th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved waiving requirements of the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw Sections 407
and 408, requiring service installation for Lot 1, D.L. 232, Group 1, NWED
Plan 6358.

From the City Engineer, June 6th, 1988 regarding Request to hold
Neighborhood Party 3500 Block Hamilton Street,

Moved by Alderman Keryluk:
Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That the request to hold a neighborhood party in the 3500 Block
Hamiiton Street on June 25th, 1988 be approved and that the City Engineer be
authorized to supply the necessary barricades and flashers to the organizers,

OFrom the City Engineer, June 6, 1988 regarding Updating Traffic Regulation
Bylaw No. 1117 ~ Crosswalk Locations.

Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

That a standard crosswalk be established on Wilson Avenue west of
Shaughnessy Street and that the City Clerk be justructed to amend the Traffic
Regulation Bylaw to reflect this decision.

And that the City Clerk be instructed to amend Schedule "C" of Traffic
Regulation Bylaw 1117 as indicated in Appendix A attached to the report to
Council. |
