orepared by the City Clerk receive the first three readings.

Background and Comments:

Tne last ~'me that the Water 0.C.c0.'s were revised was in

1383. The time has arrived once again to iend these charges

various incomplete projects included in the Bylaw. The

As Council members are aware, there are 6 specific areas

in the City where Watar 9.C0.C.'s aoply. Schedule A of the
