THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2251

A Bylaw to amend the "Traffic
Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule (A) of the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971,
No. 1117" is amended by deleting therefrom, the restriction "Stopping of vehicles
Prohibited at All Times" as appiled to the east side of Donald Street from
McAllister Avenue to a point 30m south of McAllister Avenue.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule (A) of the Bylaw is further amended by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, & restriction "Parking
Prohibited at all times" on the west side of Wellington Street from Patricia

Avenue to the lane immediately south thereof.

Section 1 of Schedule "B" of the Bylaw is amended by inserting therein, in
correct alphabetical order, the following locations of stop signs:

(a) On Rabin Place at the north west eorner of Chelsea Avenue.
(b) On Colonial Drive at the south west corner of Citadel Drive.

(c) On Moody Court at the south eas? corner of Colonia! Drive.

(d) On Morgan Avenue at the south wast corner of Tay!or Street.

Section 5 of Schedule (B) of the Bylaw is amended by inserting therein, after

Clause (c) the following as Clause (d): .

"(d) Donald Street, from the north west property line of Lot 38, Block 2, Plan
1213 to McAllister Avenue so as to require vehicles to proceed only in a

north easterly direction.”

This Bytaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971,

No. 1117, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2251".
