A Bylaw to adopt the Annual Budget for :
The Corporation of the Ci ty of pHiAY,. 9 1983
Coquitiam for the current year, 1983,

WHEREAS Section 264 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter
290 of the Revised Statutes of British. Columbia, 1979,.
provides that the Annual. Budget shall by Bylaw be adopted
on or before the 15th day of May in each year;

AND WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1983 is.
appended hereto as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled,
enacts as follows: .

Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shall be the Annual Budget of. |
