NOW THEREFORE the Municipai Council of The Corporation of the Clty
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, cnacts as follows:

1. Pursuant to Section 26 (19) of the Assessment Act the assessed

value of land and improvements for general municipal purposes in 1982

and subsequent years until a new bylaw comes into force and effect, shall

be determined in accordance with the option provided in Section 26. (19) (c)

‘ef. the Assessment Act.

2... The "Port Coquitlam Assessment Base By-law, 1977, No. 1567" is

repealed. ; .

3. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam

Assessment Base Bylaw, 1981, No. 1869".
