Dear Sir:

The Port Coquitlam Amateur Athletic Association requests permission
_ to conduct a raffle in and about the city of Port Coquitlam between
Nov. 26 and Dec. 19, 1973.

The prize will be a two-minute liquor store shopping spree with
an estimated value of $100.00. One thousand tickets are being
printed, to be sold at $1.00 each,and the expected profit is from
$700.00 to $800.00.

Proceeds from the raffle will go into general Triple A funds
for payment of current expenses incurred by member sports.
