ZIMMERMAN IT MAY BE A long time before Gordon and Nancy Lee see any money from ICBC despite a jury's re- cent decision they should receive $100,000. The. provincial crown corporation has now filed an appeal of the decision. . The award came from a lawsuit launched by the Lees after their 17-year-old daughter Laura was killed in avcar crash June 12, 1999, The Lees sued Aaron Douglas, the driver of the speeding vehicle involved in a police chase which ran through the intersec- tion of.
