In the: event any member of Council is absent for more than three
consecutive regular Council meetings the indemnity that would otherwise be
due that member shall not be paid to that member. The provisions of this
Section may be waived by unanimous vote of the remaining members of

Council.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Council Indemnity (1992)
Bylaw, 1992, No. 2673”.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 4th day of May, 1992.
