SUBJECT: Subdivision Plan of a Portion of D.L. 380, Group 1, N.W.D.

RECOMMENDATION:

. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the
subdivision plan on behalf of the City.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The attached subdivision plan has been prepared by Helge
Jacobsen and Associates for the purpose of subdividing the property at
the southeast corner of Westwood Street and Lougheed Highway. In
addition to subdividing off. a portion of this lot, the developer is
also dedicating certain portions for highway.

We have taken the opportunity of inciuding within the plan
of subdivision several portions of City property which are being used
as highway but have never been dedicated. The portions of City
property being dedicated are shown cross-hatched on the pian. Because
the City is one of the owners of property within the subdivision plan
it will be necessary for the Mayor and Clerk to sign-on behalf of the

City. ;
