Re our meeting of August 20, 1980 with Mayor Laking and Mn. Faed
Peters engineer we would Like to confirm comments in that meeting.

The subject subdivision will have a potential 5 Lots at an internal
Service cost of approximatedy $50,000.00 on $10,000.00 per Lot.

The proposed offsite Layout exeelerated the costs an extra amount

of approximately $35,000.00. We would Like to outline that due

to the hardships in dealing with Fishertes and the congiguration

of Lots Leaving a very small building site for homes, also the -
numerous easement rcstrictions and Large amowrts of 4422 having

to be brought in to attain higher grade, we are asking for relaxation

to the following:

a. that road improvement be contained to the north end of our
property Line and south to existing end of finished street

6. that the discaussed figure of $5,000.00 be contributed by the
- Utilities Committee to the external services of this project.

a& compaomise to satiagy all concerned.
