Board chairman John Lesage told _the Terrace Review Monday morn- ing that a compromise had been reached with Bowering at a special meeting held in the Health Unit last Saturday morning. From that ‘compromise, he says, the executive has made five recommendations that will be considered by the hold-out on the Sunday shopping issue since two-thirds of the voters - rejected the idea in a November 1987 referendum.
