The Reeve Street Project includes several smaller projects as follows:

1) The reconstruction of Reeve Street from Wilson to Pitt River Road as a four
lane arterial road inciuding a center boulevard, sidewalk, bicycle path and
streetlighting.

The reconstruction of Wilson Avenue from Reeve Street to 90 metres west.
This project was approved at the May 30, 1994 Council meeting.

The installation of a trunk, 375 mm diameter sanitary sewer on Reeve from
Wilson to Kelly and on a portion of Kelly Avenue. This is one of the projects
approved at the March 21, 1994 Council meeting. a -

A sidewalk is to be installed along the north side of Hawthorne Avenue from _
Shaughnessy to Reeve in order to complete a pedestrian access from
Shaughnessy to the new Riverside Secondary School. | rr

A portion of Pitt River Road will be reconstructed at Reeve Street. This work
is not part of the original Reeve Street construction and is included as part of
the Lougheed Connector Project. | | Oo

The developer of the condominium project at 2458 Pitt River Road is
contributing $25,000 towards a portion of the road on Pitt River Road.

School District #43 is contributing $18,000 towards the cost of building,

service connections for the Riverside Secondary School. _ _ eee
