The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot “B" and the 1.5 m portion of Patricia Avenue immediateiy north thereof, Section 6 Township 40 Plan 67706 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2242 is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
