THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2385

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Lot “B" and the 1.5 m portion of Patricia Avenue
immediateiy north thereof,

Township 40

Plan 67706

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot

Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2242 is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purpeses as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2385".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this llth day of July, 1988.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this llth day of July,
1988.

Public Hearing held this 8th day of August, 1988.
