A Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of monies -
in the "Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds". MAY 5 1886
MAY 1 2 1986

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 985 of the "Municipal Act, being Chapter 29°,
R.S.8.C., 1979, the Counci | established Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is: deemed desirable to expend 2 portion of the monies set aside +5
the Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Por
Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The sums hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the respectivs
Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds to be expended for the following purposs:
for the year 1986;

Parkland Acquisition 408,000.00

Highway Facilities 179,000.00

Water .- Area No. 4 17,500.00
~ Area No. 5 22,500.00
- Area No. 6 22,500.00

Sewage

Facilities - Area No. 2 51,200.00

Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures heres
authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shal! be returned to the credi~
of the specified Reserve Fund.

This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Development Cost Charge Reser’:
Fund Expenditure Authorization Bylaw, 1986, No. 21835".

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of May, 1986.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of May, 1986.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipa! Counci| or
