Re: School District No. 43 Joint Family
Court Comittee.

At the Family Court Committee meeting held March 20, 1980
the following items were recommended for consideration by the four
Municipal Councils of School District No. 43:

1. Appointment of Chairman and Vice Chainman. The following
have been selected by the Committee and appointment is
recommended:

Chairman - Mrs. Sheila Francis
Vice Chairman - Mr. Jon Taylor

Budget for 1980. The Committee requests consideration by
each member Municipal Council of a total budget of $1,300
for 1980, based on the Simon Fraser Health Unit cost-
Sharing formula, bearing in mind that the Comnittee spent
no monies in 1979 but that they have already expended
$442.34 in 1980, mainly for advertising the January
Public Hearing held by this Committee.

consideration to your Councd 1.
