Recommendation: See attached correspondence. The Public Works Committee points

would postpone the installation of the large culvert across Coast Meridian
Roads It. would also possibly delay the completion of one or two subdivision
drainage systems. If the Council agrees to the Fisheries request the Committee
“requests that the funds approved for expenditure in 1972 to install the Coast
Meridian culvert be placed in reserve for 1973 expenditure.
