Mrs. Anson, who lives in Langley, B.C, and operates under ‘the Kennel Name. of “Sonna”, is well known among Dog Faciers. , * Mrs. Anson, whose father was a Veterinarian, has lived among good pedigree dogs all her life, and started raising dogs herself in 1990, staring wilh Wire- Haired Fox Terriers. In the inlervening years she has bred Greyhounds, Whippets, Boxers, all sizes of Poodles, Boston Terriers, Cocker Spaniels, Setters, Airdales, Italian. Greyhounds, Chihuahuas, Pekinese, Pomeranians, Minialure Pinschers, ‘and Maltese. She is currently a breeder of Maltese, Miniature Pinschers, and Poodles, Mrs. dogs to their Championships in all six groups, so she comes to us well qualified Lo judge al our match, She is licenced lo Judge Anson has bred and handled - Terrace All-Breed Dog Club Has Well-Known Judge for First Fun Match Boxers in England, and just last year returned to England lo judge at the Windsor Show with an entry of 178 Boxers. Since in Canada, Mrs. Anson has judged Hounds and Non- Sporting Groups al ‘Cham- ‘pionship level, and has judged all breeds at Sanction Matches, both here in Canada and in the United States. . : She has helped start the Western Gazehound Club {now the largest of its type) and the Fraser Valley, Dog Faciers All- Breed Club, of which she held the office of President for’ several years, She has worked in the position of show secretary for the Prince George Dog Club, and for eighl years has been the ’ Show Superintendent for the P.N.E. Dog Show. Mrs. Anson has nol confined * her activities to dogs only, she ’ has also raised and shown cals, cage birds, poultry, rabbits, foals and cattle.
