March lith, 1991/055 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam held in the Couneil Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 11, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, Director of Building J. Shardlow, Fire Chief J. Baillie, Fire Prevention Officer D. Madden, City Treasurer J. Maitland and Secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk S. Rauh. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor I.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2569: to rezone 1.. Lot 14 and Lot 15, Block 5, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 2153, New Westminster District; from RT-1 (Two-Family Residential) to RS-2 (Smail Lot Residential). . The property is located at 3373 Raleigh Street. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning amendment. The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
