BLOCK WATCH ASSISTANT COORDINATOR CONTRACT

PROJECT

Block Watch Assistant Coordinator contract

OBJECTIVE

To hire a coordinator to manage / maintain 300 blocks as per contract.

APPLICATION

To attend advisory board meetings.
Distribute newsletters quarterly.
Schedule meetings for:

a.) training block captains/coordinators,

b.) Awards/Appreciation evenings, and

c.) In-home block watch meetings.
Promote program as required by Police Liaison Officer.
Maintain office duties:

a.) phoning, filing and typing, and

b.) maintain computer.
Supervise volunteers.
Supervise persons hired through federal/provincial grants, specifically
for Block Watch, i.e., the Challenge Frogram.

$18,500 per annum (effective term - 88.Sept.01 - 89.Aug.31)
