From Genstar Development Company, August 2nd, 1988 regarding Upgraded
Municipal Services ~ Citadel Heights Phase 8.

That the resolution of July 25th, 1988 denying a request from Genstar
to install Lumec L-29 street lighting fixtures, be rescinded.

That the action taken by Council on July 25th, 1988 effectively
denying a request from Ceustar to incorporate inter-locking paving bricks into

the roadway entrance end driveways in their subdivision, be rescinded.

fixtures be approved subject to Genstar accepting maintenance responsibilities
for a period of three years after their installation,
