Quarter, Lot 740, Plan 59541 and Lot 114 of the N.E. Quarter, Lot 740, Pian 24877 from RS=-1 To RS~1A. COMMENTS: This application is to subdivide two estate size lots (78 feet and 66 feet wide) into three lots varying in width from 52 feet to 46 feet, The proposed lots ail meet the RS=1 lot size requirements except lot width. Two of the proposed lots wii be 46 feet wide, 4 feet short of the RS=1 standard. Al/| of the lots have more area than required for RS-1, 5600 square feet in the smallest lots while 5400 square feet are required. In view of the lots being larger than RS=-1 minimum standards except for lot width, this application is supported for approval.
