development permitted by this Fermic within the time set out in Paragraph
B hereto, the security and interest thereon accrued by the City shall be

returned to the Permittee upon:

(1) issuance by the Senior Building Inspector of the City

‘Chereinafter called "The Building Inspector") of an occupancy
certificate or certificates, where applicable, and;
verification by the Director. of Community Planning of the City
(hereinafter called the "Director of Community Planning"),
that the development set out in Paragraph B hereto, and particularly .
the landscaping works therein, have been completed in accordance with
the terms and conditions of this Permit.

It is a particular condition of this Permit that:
(1) The streets and lanes contiguous to the Lands shall be serviced by the
construction of the following works:

The above works shali be constructed accordance with the

standards and specifications set out the "City of Port Coquitlam
Subdivision of Land Bylaw, 1970, No. 992" and in conformity wita

those plans and specifications to be prepared by

and approved by the City's City Engineer; and
