A By-law to amend the "Water Development Cost Charge By-law, 1979, act y) 979

No. 1657".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in

open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1.: Clause (a) of Section 1 of the “Water Development Cost Charge
By-law, 1979, No. 1657" is amended by striking out "for any purpose other than

the creation of three (3) or less lots to provide sites for a total of three (3)

or less seif-contained cwelling units". ;

2. Section 1 of the By~law is further amended by adding the following as

"(d) Clauses (b) and (c) do not apply where a building permic authorizes
constructicn, alteration or extension of a building-‘or part of a
building that is, or will after the construction, alteration or

extension be exempt from taxes under Section 327(1)(h) of the

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Water Development Cost

" Charge By-law, 1979, No. 1657, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1714",
