ITEM II Re: STOP Sign - Langan at Taylor The Committee recommends that the new portion of Taylor Street south of Langan Avenue be flushcoated this year and that in keeping with the establishmezt of Taylor Street as a north- south collector, STOP signs be approved on Langan Avenue at Taylor Street.
