Frith, B.C.L.S., and sworn correct by him on June 26th, 1974, wherein Lots 275 and 276 are created with the said Lot 276 having a frontage upon the highway of less than 1/10th of its perimeter, be approved; AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from the minimum frontage prescribed under Section 712 (1) of the Municipal Act and the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992". Carried. RESOLUTIONS: Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That the 1975 Statutory Inaugural Meeting of this Council be held at 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 6th, 1975 at the PoCo Valley Golf and Country Club, 531 Dominion Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. Carried. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the agreement between the Commissioner of Municipal Superannuation and The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam wherein increased contributions to the Municipal Superannuation Fund are authorized for both The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and certain employees employed as Firefighters, be approved; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary agreement therefor and affix the Corporate Seal thereto. Carried. BY-LAWS: The City Administrator advised that following submission to a Public Hearing held on November 25th, 1974, By-laws Nos. 1334 and 1335, proposed to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, were available for further consideration; however, further consideration of By-law No. 1339, also submitted to the said Public Hearing would be deferred until the Council meeting next week as instructed by His Worship the Mayor earlier this evening.
