Thia will acknowledge receipt of your application for a tree cutting permit

to clear land at 3445 Cedar Drive te permit your proposed residential housing
development. The plans submitted with your application conforms with the
layout discussed with our Planning and Zoning Committee. Hovever, ag you

know the project has not yet received the approval of the Committee or Council’
and until the proposal has raceived approval we cannot issue a tree cutting

perzit. The clearing of road allowances end building setbacks in aecordance
with the plans suvmitted would be premature until the final layout is determined

end epproved by Cemeil.
