Re: Pollution Gontrol Permit - Kennametal Inc.

Reference is made to your memorandum of May 29th, 1974. This-
‘is to advise that I have had a telephone conversation with Dr.. K.K.: |
- Bahattacharyya of the Pollution Control Branch in Victoria concerning
‘this application. It is my understanding that showld the City request
that a limit be set on the cooling water discharge because of potential
. downstrean deterforation, such a limit could be included in Kennametal
inc. application. Dr. Bahatt.acharyya suggested that the actual maximum
temperatures specified would be set after review of the particulars of
the Kennametal proposed discharge conditions. ,
