Attached to this memorandum are the forms of Restrictive Covenants proposed to be

entered into between the City and Meridian Developments Ltd. and Dawson Developments Ltd.

with respect to their residential subdivisions adjacent to the City's Nature Area.

The Council will note that part of the Restrictive Covenants take the form of an

Agreement between the City and the developer and if the Council are in agreement therewith

Stparate resolutions should be passed approving each agreement and suthorizing the siening

thereof by the Mayor and Clerk and the affixing of the Corporate Seal therets.
