A, Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,-No. 2240"

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2246, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No, 2829",

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Cocuitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot B

District Lots 379 and 464
Group One

Plan LMP9627

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from M-2 (Heavy. Industrial) to CD (Cormprehensive Development) and
the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended

to reflect this rezoning.

Notwithstanding the permitted uses described under "Part XM - Comprehensive
Developzent Zone", of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the uses
permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule "t",
which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw.

Notwithstanding the "Conditions of Uses" described under "Part XII - Comprehensive
Development Zone" of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the following
provisions shall apply to the uses shown in the locations illustrated in Schedule II of this

attached Schedule I site plan.

Subsections (2) Accessory Offices, (3) Height of Buildings, (8) Design and
Appearance, and (9) Landsscaping of Section 905 "Highway Commercial (CS-1)
Zone, Part LX of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", shall apply to
all uses.
