Use of Provincial List of Voters as the Register of Resident Electors (a) As authorized under section 60 of the Municipal Act, the most current list of voters prepared under the Election Act, existing at the time an election or other voting is to be held, is deemed to be the register of resident electors for the Municipality; (b) The Provincial list of voters becomes the register of resident electors by 50 days. Additionzi General Voting Opportumities The Council authorizes the Chief Election Officer (CEO) to establish additional general voting opportunities for general voting day for each election and to designate the voting places and voting hours, within the limits set out in section 96(2Z) of the Municipal Act, for such voting opportunities. Additional Advance Voting Opportunities As authorized under section 98 of the Municipal Act, the Council authorizes the Chief Election Officer to establish additional advance voting opportunities for each election to be held in advance of general voting day and to designate the voting places, establish the date and the voting hours for these voting opportunities. Number of Scrutineers at Votiag Places As authorized under section 110(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, the number of scrutineers for each candidate that may attend at an election is a maximum of one (1) scrutineer for each ballot box in use. Resolution of Tie Votes after Judicial Recount In the event of a tie vote after a judicial recount, the tie vote will be resolved by conducting a lot in accordance with section 141 of the Municipal Act. Repeal The following bylaws are repealed: "Advance Poll Bylaw, 1969, No. 956"; and "Mobile Poll Establishment Bylaw, 1975, No. 1396".
