Recommendation:

The following special occasion license requests, to hold "beer gardens" at McLean Park
during ball toumamenits, be approved conditional upon R.C.M.P. clearance.

Purpose/Problem:

The purpose of this report is to provide information and a recommendation for
consideration by City Council regarding requests received in the Parks & Recreation office
for special occasion licenses at ball tournaments.
