Dear Mr. Iahynacz:

The City of Coquitlam has developed a Sub-Area Transportation Model for the North
Bast Sector. This model is based on G.V.R.D. Regional Model and models the
afternoon peak travel period for the years 1996, 9001 and 2006. The total cost of
developing the model was $34,840. This cost comprises entirely of consultant fees and
does not include Coquitlam staff's time.

You have expressed a desire to purchase this model. We are prepared to sell you the
model and propose a cost-sharing formula based on the 1991 population of the North
Bast Sector. Besed on this formula, your price for the model would be $8,710, plus
$609.70 G.S.T. This price will include a demonstration of the model and an operating
manual,
