from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family Residential).

Purpose of the: Bylaw:

To permit the construction of a duplex on the property.

Furtner Information:

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Oftice of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to
4730 p.m., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public

Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and plans
referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Particioation:

At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in Drooerty is affected by the
proposed bylaw wil! be afforded an opportunity to be neard or To present written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
