A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, January 12th, 1987, at 7:30 pom.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City. Clerk

R.A. Freeman, Treasurer J.G. Maitland, City Engineer F.E. Peters and
Director of Community Planning W. Brown.

That the minutes of the Regular Counci! Meeting held on January 5th,
1987. be taken as read and adopted. .

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Les Keen, Chairman
of the Crime Prevention Committee and Inspector Bob Fenske, R.C.M.P.
Mr. Les Keen then gave a status report on the work of the Committee.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. T. Germscheid who
then spoke in favor of a rezoning application that was turned down at
the January 5th, 1987 Council Meeting.

That Rezoning Application 34/86 be referred to the Planning
and Zoning Committee for further study.
