period January 12th to February 9th, 1977, with the draw therefore to take
place on February 9th, 1977 at the Port Coquitlam Secondary School, 3550
Wellington Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be approved. Carried.

information that, in response to an inquiry regarding the feasibility of
constructing a pedestrian overpass on the Lougheed Highway at Hastings
Street, the Department of liighways stated in its letter dated December
10th, 1976, that the current reconstruction of the Leugheed Highway
provides for a full traffic signal, complete with pedestrian functions,
