gs ere b aN, ents March 2, 1992/052 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 2nd, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Acting City Clerk S. Rauh, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, and Director of Building Permits and Inspections J. Shardlow. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2645: 1. To add the following definitions to the Bylaw. LIGHT TRUCK: Light Truck means a truck or commercial vehicle not exceeding 4600 kg (10,141.1 lbs.) gross vehicle weight. WAREHOUSE RETAIL: Warehouse Retail means a business that offers wholesale and retail sales within a warehouse building that has a minimum gross floor area of 3,700 square metres (40,000 square feet). To repeal the present regulations in the Bylaw applying to the CS-1 (Highway Commercial) zone pertaining to Uses Permitted, Accessory Offices, Height of Buildings, Lot Coverage, Front Yard, Side Yard, Rear Yard, Design and Appearance, and Landscaping and enact new regulations in their place.
