Should any of the amount expropriated remain unexpended after the
expenditures hereby authorized have been made, the unexpended balance
shall be-returned to the credit of the said Tax Sale Lands Reserve Fund.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Tat: Sale Land Reserve
Fund Dyking Right-of-Way Exrenditure Bylaw, 1990, No. 2551”.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of November, 1990.
Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at

least two-thirds of all the members of the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this day of » 1990.
