| RECOMMENDATION:

: That City Counct] approve issuing a mandatory development permit to
remainder of Lot 4, Section 17 and 18, Block 4 North, Range | East, NWLD
Plan 8850 to allow subdivision of the property into two parcels of land.

COMMENTS :

This development permit is to allow subdivision of the Property. The

. development permit does not regulate the sawmill proposal or future hydro
: substation. Those proposa
