A Bylaw to amend "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Fort
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

A. "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended as
follows:

1. In Section 301, by addition of the following provision
after "CD Comprehensive Development":

"WD Waterfront Comprehensive Development”.

In Section 601, by addition of the following provision
after "Institutional":

WO 500 m2 20m i5m 30m".

The plans attached as Schedule "A' to this bylaw ara
added to and form part of "Port Cequitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" and shall be referred to ac "WD plans",

By addition ef the following as Section 1202:
"1202.

(1) INTENT:

The intent of this zoning district is to reguiate
applications for davelopment along the Fraser River
waterfront west of Brown Street and east of Mary
Hill Road. Davelopment in that area is expected to
involve a mixture Of uses otherwise permitted only
in two or more zoning districts.

Uses permitted in all RM zoning districts,
alona or in combination with uses permitted in
C or P zoning districts.

Uses permitted in all ¢ zoning districts, alona
or in combination with uses permitted in RM,
CS, or P zgoning districts,
