THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2291

A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation for the calendar year 1988 of
certain real property held by the Kinsmen Ctub of Port Coquitiam for recreational

purposes. .

WHEREAS the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam lease certain property owned by the
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and use that property for racreastional
purposes;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to exempt the said property from taxation for the
calendar year 1988;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That parcel of rea! property, together with the improvements situated thereon,
known as "That part of Lot 91, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 52852, New
Westminster District shown on Explanatory Plan 65840", is hereby declared to be exempt
from taxation for the calendar year 1988 to the extent provided in Section 400 of the
Municipal Act.

Ze This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Kinsmen Community Building
Leased Property Exemption From Taxation Bylaw, 1987, No. 2291".
