THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOV 30 1967 MEMORANDUM TO: Mayor and Aldermen November 30th, 1987 FROM: R.A. Freeman City Clerk Re: Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2322 Considered at Public Hearing Earlier This Evening. Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2322 considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held earlier this evening, is available for third reading. Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this bylaw for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The Council may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or delay it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing can be fully considered. In order to preserve the judicial nature of the preacedure by which Counc | gives consideration to requests for rezoning it is not possible for further representations from the applicant or the public to be received now that the Public Hearing nas been adjourned. - RAF /sr OPS NO npn R.A.
