Port Coquitiam has the Intention of selling that certain parcel
of tand tn Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which Is more
particuiarly described as:

New Westminster Olstrict.

This property ts located on the. west side of the 2100
Block Rowland Street (between Central Avenue and Rindail
Avenue) and contains 434.7 square meters (4,679 sq. ft.).

The lowest price that will be accepted for the property {is
$11,697.50.
