A Bylaw to authorize the granting of a
tease to the PoCo BMX Associatior

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows:

The Municipal Counci! hereby leases unto the PoCo BMX Association the lands for
the period of time and on +he terms and subject to the conditions set out in the
following tease hereunto attached and marked Appendix "I".

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are
hereby authorized to affix the Corporate Seal of tne City to the lease referred

to in Section 2.

This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes as the "BMX Track Lease Authorization
Bylaw, 1986, No. 2197".
