THE CORPORATION OF THE CiUry or fer Yo i - : BY-JAU_NO, 3262 A By-law to anend the "Traffic Repulation By-law, 1971, No. 1117". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan, in open neeting assembled, enacts as follows: i. The “Teafftie Regulation By-law, 1971, No. 2117" is amended by inserting . the following therein as Section 102A.: * " ‘Bus means a motor vehicle capable of carrying more than ten . "passengers and used fer the transportation of persons." 2. Section 128 of the By-law is repealed and the following is substituted: 1 Bs degen diy: “ "Truck means any vehicle licensed under the Department of Commercial Transport Act for a gross vehicle weight of Ten Thousand (10,006) pounds : - or greater and designed or used primarily for the transportation of property.“ 3. Section 605 of the By-law is repealed and the following substituted: "605. (a) No person shall drive or operate a vehicle of a gross vehicle ‘ weight greater than Ten Thousand (10,000) pounds on the bridge crossing the Coquitlam River and extending to the District of Coquitlam on Pitt River Road, said bridge being popularly : ; . xeferred to as the ‘Red Bridge’. (b) The provisions of this section do not apply to buses or emerg- ency vehicles." 4. Section 12 of Schedule "A" of the By-law is repealed and the following substituted: : "12, Ateas where, notwithstanding any other provision o.! this By-law, stopping is permitted only by the certain types of vehicles i . hereinafter set forth: . : .
