All that portion (32 acres more or legs) of District Lot 344,
Group 1, being all that portion of said Lot lying West of a
line drawn due South to the Pitt River from the North East
corner of District Lot 168, Group 1, New Westminster District.

Part (160 acres more or less) of Lot 344, Group 1, Township 38,
West of the Coast Meridian, being all that portion of Lot 344,
Group 1, of the said Township as the said Lot is shown upon a
Map ox plan of survey of the North East Quarter of the said
Township approved and confirmed at Ottawa on the 21st day of
June, 1912 by Edouard Deville, Surveyor General of Dominion
Lands and more particularly daseribed as follows :.

COMMENCING at the North Bast corner of said Lot thence Westerly
along the North boundary of the said lot to the South East.
boundary of Lot 169, Group 1, as the last mentioned Lot is

shown upon said plan or Survey of the North East Quarter of the
said Township thence South Westerly along the said South Bast
Boundary to the South East corner of said Lot numbered 169 thence
due South in a straight Line to its intersection with the wight |
bank of Fraser River thence North Easterly following the sinuosities
of the right bank to its intersection with the East boundary of
Said Lot 344 thence Northerly along the said East boundary to

the place of commencement New Westminster District.

being all that portion of said not which lies to the East of
the South Eastern limit of District Lot 169, Group 1, EXCEPT
